Evolutio Sports Physio Richmond (Melbourne)
Fixing Limbs and Mending Hearts since 2013
Firstly are you wondering if you need to see a Physio?
One: You've recently injured yourself
If you've found yourself nursing a sore back from an over enthusiastic yin class with your friend at that new beige coloured yoga studio or you’ve hurt your knee engaging in some park kick-to-kick after a couple of glasses of Tempranillo and you're experiencing specific pain in one or more areas, whether it's a joint, muscle, bruising, or just a nagging feeling that something isn't right it's wise to come and chat with us at our Richmond Physio clinic.
Even if it's just for a quick Initial assessment to ensure everything is in order, our dedicated Physio team members possess stunning expertise in understanding muscles, ligaments, joints, and bones, making us ideal for you to come and see for peace of mind.
Two: You've developed Ongoing Pain
If you’ve had a niggle or pain for a few weeks in a specific spot or joint and it hasn’t gone away. Maybe, if anything, it’s getting more noticeable. Then, it's crucial that you come in and see us at our clinic. Ignoring these seemingly minor issues can lead to long-term damage to your body and soul. You can even whatsapp us if you have a question before coming in.
Three: You've just had Surgery
If you’ve just had surgery, you, my friend, need to make your way to our Sports Physio clinic as soon as possible to consult with one of our practitioners, regardless of your surgery. After all, Confucius said, “Having surgery without rehabilitation is like living in Melbourne without hail in the summer.” So, don't overlook the rehab component of your surgery and come see us today.
Four: You’ve got a Goal
Have you got a goal of running 5km or an ultramarathon in the Moroccan desert? Or perhaps you want to complete a sprint triathlon or get back to playing social basketball with your university mates from the old days and having a couple of lagers before the game. Whatever your goal is, we can work with you to map it out. We can do pre-performance testing with our VALD decks, program your online training and fix any niggles you have to help you hit that life goal and high-five new friends at the finish line.
Secondly , are you wondering how to Book in at our Physiotherapy clinic?
By Far, the Easiest way is to Book Online via booking form below. You can find a time, see the teeth of the practitioner you like, and organise the session to suit you.
If you’d like to call, you can do so on our handheld landline on (03) 9100 3798 or whatsapp us on +61 430 436 531
Alternatively, if there are no times that suit you. Send us an email at info@evolutio.com.au and we’ll give you a callback asap to have a chat.

You’ll find our Physio Richmond clinic in a set of office units on the corner of Bromham Place in Richmond here at 11/3 Bromham Place, Richmond VIC. From outside, there is a blue Evolutio sign outside our door.
You’ll think you’ve walked into the set of when Harry met Sally. Our clinic waiting room is here below A large wooden table that we made from reclaimed wood. Have a seat here, have a chat with someone new, have a coffee and your Physio will be with you shortly.
Finally how you should feel After Your Session
Elated, Ecstatic, Euphoric. In all seriousness, you should feel supported, listened to, and understood by your Practitioner, furthermore, you should have a clear understanding of what’s happened or what is going to happen moving forward with your Physiotherapy treatment and rehab.
What you will Receive
You’ll receive an email from your Physio within 48 hours of your appointment, with a summary of the session, what they found, a diagnosis if it’s possible this early on (sometimes this is tough after one session), and a plan to get you better, with what you need to do, how often we think you should come in for treatment and a timeframe for when we think you will be better.
If you have any Questions
If you have any questions at all. It’s best to email your healthcare practitioner directly (they will give you their email). They will help clear that up, if you weren’t happy or completely satisfied, feel free to touch base with our admin team via info@evolutio.com.au

The Evolutio Difference
Most Physio Clinics Spend 30 Minutes With You. We Spend 45.
Your initial assessment isn't rushed. We listen to your complete story (even the part about that salsa dance class you went to five years ago where you met that cute guy and tweaked your knee, causing yourself to blush), we examine how your whole body looks, how it moves, how it feels to you, we want to know how you feel, what feels wrong and how that all connects to what we see with our eyes, feel with our hands and what we learnt back in University where we had to read books, do exams and try not to vomit studying real life cadavers.
You'll Never Wonder "What's Next"
Within 48 hours of your first session, you'll receive a detailed email from your physiotherapist with:
Your exact diagnosis (and what caused it, not just "overuse" but why your body is giving you strife and what looks and feels to us like it’s the main contributor of your pain and discomfort)
Week-by-week recovery timeline
Specific exercises with video demonstrations (actual explanations of why you're doing them, not just "do 3 sets of 10")
Expected return-to-activity milestones (when you can run again, when you can push hard, when you can race, when you can box your father in law)
We actually do this. Every single initial assessment. Not "we'll get to it" or "ask at your next appointment"—it's in your inbox within 48 hours.
Same Physiotherapist, Every Session
No rotating through whoever's available that day.
Your physio will get to know your history, your progress, your goals, what type of coffee you drink, that thing about your hip that only happens on Tuesdays after leg day, and why you're convinced this injury is punishment for something you did in a past life.
When you walk in for session three, they remember session two. When you walk in for session eight, they remember what worked in session four and what didn't. We try to remember dog names, your favourite tourist destination, whether or not you like dry needling. That continuity is what turns good treatment into actual outcomes and makes us friends.
Same-Day Appointments Available
When something's brewing, waiting a week makes it worse.
We keep capacity for same-day bookings. Not because we're disorganised, but because injuries don't schedule themselves politely in advance. Book online or call (03) 9100 3798 if you need to get in today and we’ll do our upmost best to get you in and see you.
We Treat Athletes Like Athletes
Whether you're training for your first 5K or competing internationally.
We understand the mental and physical demands of getting back to your sport. The anxiety of "will I be the same?" The frustration of "why is everyone else still training?" The temptation to push through pain because you're terrified of losing fitness.
We’ve treated athletes from Olympic Games level and International level all the way through to Dad who tore his achilles at father son football day trying to impress the crew with a hanger in the forward line.
We don't just get you pain-free (any physio can do that if you rest long enough). We get you back to performance. We get to the heart of the problem, not just what hurts, but why it's hurting and what'll happen if we don't fix the underlying pattern.
Your Recovery Plan Adapts As You Do
Each session builds on the last.
As your body responds and your goals evolve, so does your treatment plan. Week 1's program won't be Week 8's program because you're not the same athlete you were seven weeks ago.
Plans serve you, not the other way around. If life throws you a bad week of sleep, unexpected work stress, or you went a bit hard at your mate's birthday and now everything's inflamed, we adjust. Flexibility within structure. That's how you actually get athletes back to sport, not just back to "symptom-free."
